  • Distract your self from smoking  make yourself busy like play sportes , Exercise spend time to learn new skills. 

  • Stay motivated when ever you feels like to give up ask your self a Question Why? Always remember how long you came and make your self strong.

  • Always be committed to your goals. 

  • Eat healthy food like fruites,vegetables

  • Consult with your doctor he/she will guide your better.

  • Do Meditation at early morning
